Rainbow Counselling & Life Coaching is a private business.  Prior to setting up her own business Sheila worked in a senior role as a Personnel professional with experience of major change in a large complex national organisation. She is business aware with strong, proven people skills and an ability to foster therapeutic relationships with people at all levels.

Sheila is an experienced qualified Counsellor, Life Coach and Energy Therapist. She has a long and varied experience in Counselling, Life Coaching and Energy Therapy work covering a wide range of emotional and personal issues, in both long and short term work. 

Sheila is a Fully Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and works within the BACP ethical framework and upholds the BACP complaints procedure. Sheila is UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor. UKRC is affiliated to BACP and the purpose of the Register is to protect the public by providing recognition of safe and accountable practice. Sheila holds a Police check clearance for her work with vulnerable adults and has professional indemnity insurance to cover all her counselling work.
